In no event shall the Phantom Client development team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the client, including but not limited to penalties issued by third-party servers, data loss, or system damage.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the client after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
